About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Internal Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales growth through your expertise in ICT products.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in person, by phone or email to provide quotations in line with their requirements.
- Stay up to date with company’s product portfolio and market trends to confidently provide solutions to customers.
- Establish and build relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the sales cycle and complete all necessary sales activities.
- Process orders for customers and ensure they are followed through to the point of completion.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experience in the IT/ICT industry is advantageous.
- Experience in Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment (advantageous).
Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory). CompTIA N Required or other Networking related qualification. Relevant tertiary qualification advantages (Degree or Diploma).
