We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in Centurion. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting day-to-day transactional processes. Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timeously
Capture and reconcile financial data within accounting systems
Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with monitoring cash flow
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Assist in compiling financial reports and management accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers on finance queries
Support audit processes by providing required documentation
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
Exposure to hospitality, property, or real estate sectors is advantageous
Proven experience with QuickBooks or Sage accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles
