Job Description

Key Responsibilities Vacancy Marketing & Listings Manage and update online property listings, including Property24 and other marketing platforms Maintain accurate and current vacancy schedules and marketing databases Distribute brochures and property information to brokers and prospective tenants Prepare and circulate canvassing and market intelligence material to the brokerage network Broker & Enquiry Liaison Act as a primary contact for brokers, responding to enquiries and facilitating information requests Field and qualify incoming leasing enquiries from online platforms and campaigns Coordinate and schedule property viewings and site tours Leasing Transaction Support Assist with preparation of leasing proposals and supporting documentation Track leasing deals from enquiry to conclusion, ensuring all documentation is complete Maintain up-to-date leasing activity reports for the Leasing Manager Ensure accurate filing and compliance documentation Tenant & Property Coordination Support communication with new and existing tenants throughout the leasing lifecycle Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and handovers Liaise with property managers, facilities teams, and maintenance staff to ensure premises are market-ready Market & Administrative Support Monitor rental trends, market activity, and competitor positioning in relevant nodes Provide operational and administrative support to the Leasing Manager Minimum Requirements Matric / High School Diploma Bachelors degree in Business or related field (advantageous) Previous experience in leasing administration or property management (commercial, retail, or industrial preferred) Knowledge of the local rental market Key Competencies Strong organisational and time-management ability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems High attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced property environment Ability to work independently and within a team This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing or property professional looking to grow within a dynamic property development environment in Centurion .
