About the Role
The Centurion: PreOwned Vehicle Sales Manager will lead the daily operations of our pre-owned vehicle sales department, driving sales volumes, gross profit, and finance penetration while ensuring optimal stock levels, stock turn, and vehicle pricing competitiveness. This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-owned vehicle sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle sales department
- Motivate and develop the pre-owned sales team to achieve targets
- Drive vehicle sales volumes, gross profit, and finance penetration
- Monitor and manage ageing stock and implement corrective strategies
- Work closely with F&I, workshop, and marketing teams to maximise profitability
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies, processes, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 35 years experience in a pre-owned vehicle sales management role
- Proven track record in achieving sales and gross profit targets
- Strong understanding of vehicle pricing, stock management, and trade-in evaluations
- Experience within a franchised dealership environment (preferred)
