Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate design documentation Prepare preliminary and detailed estimates Formulate bills of quantities and contract documentation Conduct financial evaluations of tenders Administer cash flow forecasts, cost reports, variation orders, valuations, and contractual claims Prepare and negotiate final accounts Attend project meetings and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams Analyse repair estimates and prepare viability studies Determine value at risk and damage costings Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile): Education: BTech or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying Professional Registration: SACQSP Experience: Minimum 610 years (at least 3 years post-registration) Drivers License: Valid Strong knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts Experience in professional consulting QS firms Bonus: Project/programme management experience Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and strong analytical ability Advanced MS Excel skills Time management and organizational skills Expertise in estimating, budgeting, procurement, and cost control Negotiation and quality assurance capabilities If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
