Job Description

What youll be doing Lead and supervise all daily security operations with a focus on client satisfaction Build and manage strong relationships with clients and service providers Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers Monitor SLAs, cost management, and quality of security service delivery Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and proactive engagement Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain H&S and security compliance Lead staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team development Collaborate with senior management on reporting and operational planning Identify opportunities to grow services and improve client relationships What youll need Minimum 5 years experience in security operations management Valid PSIRA Gr. A registration certificate Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license No criminal record Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs Solutions-driven, proactive, and professional approach Relevant management qualification advantageous What is in it for you?
