About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security OPS Manager to lead our national security operations, focusing on client satisfaction and driving operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites, teams, and operational portfolios, ensuring compliance with all security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all daily security operations
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and service providers
- Oversee new site launches, transitions, and contract handovers
- Monitor SLAs, cost management, and quality of security service delivery
- Ensure prompt resolution of client issues and proactive engagement
- Manage operational budgets, staffing, and resource planning
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain H&S and security compliance
- Lead staff through performance reviews, coaching, and team development
- Collaborate with senior management on reporting and operational planning
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in security operations management
- Valid PSIRA Gr. A registration certificate
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
- No criminal record
- Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing skills
- Knowledge of security legislation, H&S compliance, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational KPIs
Qualifications
- Relevant management qualification (advantageous)

- R30 000 CTC (based on experience and qualifications)
