Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in the delivery of software products and solutions.
- Manage and guide team members to ensure effective performance and development.
- Contribute to the annual salary review process for direct reports when required.
- Deliver strategic projects on time, within budget, and to the defined quality and functionality standards.
- Collaborate with leads, managers, and architects in defining architecture and technical implementation.
- Promote and enforce best practices in software design, testing, and development.
- Complete tasks within defined timelines while maintaining system stability.
- Enhance and maintain existing systems with minimal disruption.
- Share technical knowledge across development and support teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and coach junior developers to build team capability.
- Ensure compliance with established development standards and processes.
- Effectively utilize modern development tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
- 46 years of relevant back-end development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
- Solid experience in SQL Server 2016/2019
- Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Exposure to source control systems such as Git or TFS.
- Familiarity with SOLID principles, TDD, and clean coding practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on code quality.
