About the Role
As a Senior Key Accounts Manager at The Talent Room, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within the solar and renewable energy market. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and build long-term relationships with key corporate and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key corporate and commercial clients.
- Identify new business opportunities within the solar and renewable energy market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Present solar solutions and proposals to clients, ensuring solutions meet their operational and energy requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solar projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in solar sales or renewable energy sales.
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required.
