Job Description
In order to be considered the following is required:
- 712 years solutions architecture, implementation design, technical consulting, or service-development support
- Strong background in enterprise monitoring, observability, automation, or AIOps platforms
- Experience implementing complex technology platforms in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure ecosystems including cloud, networks, servers and applications
- Experience integrating monitoring or observability platforms into ITSM or operational systems
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Platform Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of AIOps, observability, monitoring and automation platforms within enterprise environments
- Co-develop and Configure architecture solutions aligned to service delivery design
- Translate architectural documentation into practical system implementation
- Ensure platform installations meet operational and performance requirements
Solution Integration:
- Integrate monitoring, observability and automation platforms into existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Work across infrastructure, cloud, application, and service management environments.
- Configure integrations with enterprise tools such as ITSM platforms, automation frameworks, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end operational visibility across systems
Technical Delivery Leadership:
- Act as the lead technical implementor within client engagements
- Guide implementation activities across design, deployment, configuration and validation phases
- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved and technical risks are managed
- Work closely with architects, SLM leadership, and delivery teams
Enterprise Environment Alignment:
- Adapt solution implementations to complex enterprise infrastructure environments
- Understand enterprise governance, security, and operational requirements
- Ensure solutions are implemented in a way that supports long-term operational adoption
- Knowledge transfer and operational readiness
- Support handover of implemented platforms to operational teams
- Document configurations and integration architecture
- Provide technical guidance to ensure successful operational adoption
Typical Platforms and Technology Environment:
The Solutions Implementation Lead will work across enterprise digital operations environments involving monitoring, observability, automation, and service intelligence platforms
Typical technologies and ecosystems may include:
- AIOps and observability platforms (e.g., ScienceLogic and similar enterprise monitoring ecosystems)
- Infrastructure and application monitoring platforms
- Cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
- Automation and orchestration frameworks
- IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and service management workflows
- Enterprise integration environments and API-based integrations
- Data collection, telemetry and operational analytics frameworks
The role requires the ability to work across heterogeneous enterprise environments, integrating multiple operational systems to create unified service visibility and operational intelligence.
