RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Planning, coordinating, and optimizing all logistics activities.

Overseeing bulk container and on-site inventory control.

Monitoring and coordinating daily and weekly deliveries.

Liaising with producers and clients regarding logistical arrangements.

Coordinating client-specific deliveries and related documentation.
-
Managing inventory records.
-
Overseeing site security and facility opening and closing procedures.
-
Responsible for the management and maintenance of forklift equipment and operators.
-
Ongoing collaboration with Cold Storage Management and relevant teams.
-
Overseeing cold chain procedures, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
-
Monitoring operational standards in cold rooms and tunnels.
-
Supporting cooling regimes and quality control processes.
VERANTWOORDELIKHEDE SLUIT IN, MAAR IS NIE BEPERK TOT:
- Beplanning, kordinering en optimalisering van alle logistieke aktiwiteite.
- Toesig oor grootmaathouer- en voorraadbeheer op perseel.
- Monitering en kordinering van daaglikse en weeklikse lewerings.
- Skakeling met produsente en klinte ten opsigte van logistieke relings.
- Kordinering van klintspesifieke aflewerings en verwante dokumentasie.
- Bestuur van voorraadrekords
- Toesig oor sekuriteit en fasiliteitsopening en -sluiting.
- Verantwoordelikheid vir die bestuur en instandhouding van vurkhysertoerusting en drywers.
- Deurlopende samewerking met Verkoelingsbestuur en relevante spanne.
- Toesig oor koelkettingprosedures, higine- en ontsmettingspraktyke.
- Monitering van operasionele standaarde in koelkamers en tonnels.
- Ondersteuning van verkoelingsregimes en kwaliteitsbeheerprosesse.
REQUIREMENTS:

An appropriate tertiary qualification.

A minimum of 510 years experience in the fruit industry and/or a similar position.

Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Proven excellent communication skills.
-
Advanced computer literacy.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
