We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Chef to join our kitchen team in the beautiful Cederberg region. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who is eager to learn, develop their culinary skills, and grow within a professional hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chef with daily food preparation and service.
Prepare ingredients and dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Assist with stock control, food storage, and kitchen organization.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods.
