Job Title: Claremont Transfers Conveyancing Secretary (Junior & Senior)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced conveyancing secretary to join our team in Claremont, Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large file loads and proficiency in our preferred software systems.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior candidates and 5 years for Senior candidates in a conveyancing-related role.
Proven ability to manage a significant file load, with the capacity to handle approximately 30 files for Junior and 60 files for Senior roles.
Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems is required. A matric certificate is also essential.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate records and files
Ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues
Provide administrative support to conveyancing staff
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
South African citizenship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Relevant legal qualification (advantageous)

Location: Claremont, Northern Suburbs, Tygervalley, Cape Town
