About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Brand Manager within the skincare and beauty retail space to drive brand growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and driving brand and sales strategies at store level, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies, sales execution, and in-store presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and drive brand and sales strategies at store level
  • Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to optimise performance
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
  • Oversee promotions, campaigns, and product launches
  • Maintain supplier and distributor relationships
  • Ensure consistent in-store branding and messaging
  • Monitor stock levels and align with forecasts
  • Analyse campaign success and report on performance

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 5 – 8 years’ Brand / Marketing Management experience
  • Retail experience (essential)
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Driver’s licence & own transport
  • Willingness to travel
