About the Role
We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer to join our team in Constantia, South Africa. As a junior designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior designers in creating design concepts and specifications for residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
- Develop and maintain accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct site visits and take measurements to ensure accuracy in design implementation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 13 years of experience in an interior design role (internships included)
- Exposure to residential, hospitality, or commercial projects is advantageous
