Delmas is seeking an experienced Feedlot Manager to lead our large-scale livestock operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cattle health, nutrition, and feedlot systems, as well as excellent leadership and financial management skills.

Requirements

• Leadership: Proven experience managing teams and operations at scale
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
• Communications Skills: Strong interpersonal and reporting capabilities
• Problem-Solving: Ability to make strategic and operational decisions under pressure
