About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager & Social Media Team Administrator. This hybrid role combines business development with social media coordination, making it ideal for someone who is commercially aware, digitally savvy, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within eCommerce and retail sectors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct outreach via email, calls, and networking
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and client presentations
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with warehouse operations to align service offerings
- Manage and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals
- Respond to messages and engage with followers professionally
- Track and report on social media performance
- Support general administrative tasks within the business
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of eCommerce or logistics (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
