About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for one of the UK’s most exciting premium cat food brands! As the human face of our brand, you’ll be responsible for matching the energy and passion of our customers who obsess over what goes into their cat’s bowl. You’ll be working with customers across various channels (email, phone, live chat) to provide them with real meat, real nutrition, and real care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound contacts across email, phone, and live chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries about our product and its benefits
  • Process subscription changes, delivery queries, returns, and account updates
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve issues quickly and accurately
  • Sort out practical concerns with empathy and product knowledge
  • Provide solutions rather than just processing requests

Requirements

  • At least one year of contact centre or customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar considered if your communication is exceptional)
  • Clear, confident, professional English as your customers are UK-based with varying accents
  • Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
  • Genuine love for cats to discuss throughout the day

  • R13,300/month after probation performance bonuses up to R3,400/month (R16,700 on average)
