This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple data sources, build influential dashboards, and provide insights that help shape business strategy. You will be the goto data expert for crossfunctional stakeholders and play a key role in elevating data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, validate, and integrate daily data from multiple sources into internal systems.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards with daily sales and performance metrics.
- Produce daily, weekly, and quarterly reports, including automated data workflows.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Create compelling data visualisations using Power BI and Excel for crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Support sales, marketing, business managers, and executives with customised insights and dashboards.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new users on reporting tools and systems.
- Work on adhoc projects, including customer trackers, promotional performance reviews, and category analysis.
Job Experience and Skills Required
Education:
- Relevant National Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years’ experience in a data analyst or reporting role.
- Demonstrated experience with dashboard creation, data cleaning, and automated reporting.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualisation.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and daily operational reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and nontechnical teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work to daily and weekly deadlines.
