Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking an Assistant Resident Engineer with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering to join their team. As an Assistant Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, and providing technical guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and overseeing construction projects
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and reports
• Conduct geotechnical investigations and analysis
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during construction

Requirements

• B.Sc Eng / B.Eng / B.Tech Eng qualification in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years relevant geotechnical experience on medium sized road projects.
• National Diploma qualification in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering will be considered with 15 years experience.
• SANRAL roads experience
