Durban: Baristas

Key Duties: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, iced drinks, teas, etc.) Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Recommend menu items and ensure beverage quality and consistency Operate coffee machines and related equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized barista station and seating area Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Handle payments (cash and card) accurately Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and health regulations Ensure smooth workflow and assist with general coffee shop duties when required. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction Reliable, punctual, and presentable Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
