About the Role
Pronel Consultants is seeking a compassionate and highly professional Branch Manager / Funeral Consultant to join their team in Durban. This role is best suited to an individual who sees their work as more than just a job, someone who is deeply empathetic, values-driven, and committed to serving families with dignity, respect, and care during difficult times.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role (funeral industry experience advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a calm and respectful manner
- High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and compassion
- Well-groomed and professional personal presentation
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage emotionally demanding situations
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport (essential)
- Willingness to work after-hours, weekends, and be on standby when required
