Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project-related correspondence
– Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes
– Assist in the preparation of project budgets and tracking project costs
– Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
– Assist in the preparation and execution of project schedules
– Support the project management team in resolving any project-related issues or disputes
– Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations for project stakeholders
– Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and health and safety standards
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction administration or a related field
– Knowledge of construction project management processes and procedures
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of construction regulations and health and safety standards
