About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Durban, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide support and guidance on student-related matters
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
- Degree in Student Services, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or student support environment
- Exceptional communication, active listening, and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
