Job Description

Technical Competencies & Experience: Collaborate with senior leadership and the CEO to facilitate strategic decision-making. Examine company performance and find ways to increase profitability. Give financial information on capital investments and operational choices. Convert financial data into understandable, useful business insights. Oversee the group finance department for several foreign subsidiaries. Manage group consolidation and monthly management accounts. Assure timely and accurate financial reporting for every entity. Uphold robust governance, compliance, and financial controls. Oversee cash flow management and group forecasts. To enhance operational performance, provide financial insights to country managers. Encourage advancements in decision support, reporting quality, and finance procedures. Oversee deal analysis and financial due diligence. Encourage the integration of recently acquired companies.
