Job Description
This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and will suit a CA(SA)/ CIMA ready to take the next step into a leadership role abroad. The successful candidate will assume full financial ownership of the Hong Kong entity, while also overseeing finance functions in Vietnam and China. Core responsibilities include group reporting, consolidation, compliance, audits, and process improvement. Relocation support, accommodation assistance, and a competitive expat package are offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting and reporting for the Hong Kong entity in line with HKFRS/IFRS
- Review and guide financial operations in Vietnam and China for compliance and accuracy
- Oversee group-level monthly closings, KPIs, and financial consolidation
- Manage intercompany transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Monitor AR/AP functions and ensure cash disbursement accuracy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all entities
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash-flow management, and foreign exchange needs
- Support all audit and tax processes in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and China
- Ensure alignment to group policies and implementation of process improvements
- Drive ERP and reporting enhancements (NetSuite preferred)

Requirements
- CA(SA) / CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial management or senior accounting role
- Previous exposure to international or multi-entity environments advantageous
- Experience with Hong Kong or Asian financial reporting is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/HKFRS and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
