Front of House Luxury Safari Lodge, Zululand
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a reliable and adaptable Front of House team member for a luxury safari lodge in Zululand, KZN. This is a live-in role perfect for someone who thrives in an outdoors, hands-on environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a bush setting.
Whats on offer:
Salary: R10,000 per month (live-in)
Accommodation and uniforms included
6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
Opportunity to gain broad lodge experience across multiple departments
The Role:
The Front of House team member will be the first point of contact for guests and a key player in maintaining the lodges high operational and service standards.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming and checking in/out guests, ensuring a smooth experience
Orienting and hosting guests, providing information and guidance
Conducting room checks and maintaining lodge presentation
Assisting across departments, including reception, administration, deliveries, and stocktaking
Supporting marketing and promoting the lodge experience
Upholding brand, service, and operational standards
Handling ad hoc duties as required and fostering a positive team environment
Using systems such as Nightsbridge, Booking.com, Airbnb, LekkeSlaap, and Xero
