The Voice of the Hotel: Reservation Sales Agent
Are you a master of first impressions? Do you enjoy the puzzle of matching the perfect guest with the perfect room? We are looking for a Hotel Reservationist who combines a salespersons drive with a concierges heart to join our front-of-house team.
In this role, you aren’t just taking bookings; you are a vacation architect. From the first “hello” to the final confirmation, you set the tone for our guests’ entire stay.
Your Day-to-Day

The Perfect Match: Handle incoming calls and digital inquiries, using your knowledge of our property to “sell the dream” and maximize room revenue.

Master of Systems: Navigate the Property Management System (PMS) and extranets to manage inventory, update rates, and process deposits.

Custom Curator: Coordinate with the sales and housekeeping teams to arrange special requests, VIP amenities, and group blocks.

The Problem Solver: Address guest inquiries regarding local attractions, transportation, and hotel policies with accuracy and flair.
