What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Junior DTP Designer who will play a crucial role in supporting our design and production teams to create high-quality print and digital materials. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, a fierce commitment to brand guidelines and an understanding of layout design and typography.

What you will do:

• Assist in adapting artwork across multiple formats, including brochures, banners, ads and packaging
• Assist in making small adjustments to existing design materials, including digital assets, print collateral and presentations
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
• Support the team in preparing design files for production and distribution
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance creative output
• Ensure timely delivery of design updates and revisions based on feedback
• Stay updated on design trends and software to continually enhance your skills

What you must have:

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a design or advertising agency (internship experience considered)
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with other DTP software is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and print production
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and file management skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
