About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to join their team in Durban, KZN. The candidate should have a growth mindset and be wanting to trajectory their career into the area of performance marketing/PPC. You are results orientated, data-driven and hungry to learn and specialise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research
- Execute and maintain Google & Meta ad campaigns
- Set up A/B tests for ads
- Monitor campaign performance
- Oversee key marketing automations
- Assist the Head of Performance Marketing in campaign setup and execution
- Prepare client reports
- Maintain automations and campaigns
Requirements
- Some understanding of digital marketing
- Willingness to learn, fail, and learn again
- Strong sense of accountability
- Commitment to owning your specialization
- Fresh graduates are welcome!
