Job Description

Key Responsibilities Reporting & Marketing Management Track and report on all marketing campaigns, providing clear performance insights Report on social media activity with actionable recommendations Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar Develop and manage the marketing budget, reporting monthly on spend and status Keep accurate records of ALL marketing-related activity Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally Support and manage the marketing WhatsApp line Manage internal and external influencers Update and manage the company website Support ad hoc projects and innovative marketing initiatives Design & Marketing Support Design creative assets for retail campaigns including in-store signage, POS, window graphics, flyers, brochures, and digital ads Support seasonal launches, promotions, and sales campaigns Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines Adapt creative for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency Collaborate with marketing, retail, and merchandising teams Liaise with suppliers and printers when required Support photoshoots and assist with content creation Social Media Content Design and produce engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Create templates, reels graphics, stories, and promotional posts Assist with planning and scheduling posts Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to increase engagement Skills & Experience Essential: Proven experience as a Graphic or Marketing Designer (retail experience advantageous) Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and social media design Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Desirable: Experience in print and digital design Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva) Familiarity with social media scheduling tools Photography or basic video capture experience
