Job Summary
Key responsibilities: Knowledge and experience in Radio-Frequency. Knowledge and experience in Wi-Fi networks. Strong customer support and troubleshooting experience. Ability to prepare detailed reports identifying all conducted work issues and recommendations. Deliver SIM and device orders to our customers. Onboard and RICA customers. On request, assist with setup and troubleshooting. Provide customer support solutions. Rain brand ambassador. Provide customer support and installation. Provide training and support to the fulfilment team.
Requirements:
A valid driver`s license is mandatory. Technical support experience. IT Literacy Minimum 3 years` experience Personal attributes: Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude. Attention to detail. An interest in technology and a willingness to learn. Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated. Excellent time management and adaptability.
