Location: Durban, South Africa

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our client’s team in Durban. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the design and development of software applications and systems
– Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
– Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
– Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in software development

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
– Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
– Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
– Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
