Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager who gets it. Someone who knows how to plan, create, and manage content that not only looks good but converts.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and run a clear social media strategy that supports business goals.
- Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to bring fresh campaign ideas to life.
- Spot trends and jump on real-time opportunities to engage audiences.
- Manage community interactions respond to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Track content performance, analyse data, and report on key metrics.
- Research competitors and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead.
- Plan and manage paid ad campaigns to grow engagement and reach.
- Build influencer and brand partnerships that boost visibility.
- Stay on top of algorithm updates and platform changes.
- Align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Keep the content calendar up to date and ensure consistent posting.
- Support with social coverage at events, promotions, and live streams.
What were looking for:
- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or related role.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field advantageous.
- Proven experience managing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of content creation tools and video editing software (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Canva).
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and native platform analytics.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique content formats, best practices, and audience dynamics.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that drives engagement.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Creativity and the ability to brainstorm innovative social media campaigns that capture attention and encourage audience interaction.
