About the Role
We are seeking an Admin / Finance Manager (junior) to join our team in East London. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial records and driving revenue growth through effective financial planning and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records for an average monthly turnover of R10 million, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all transactions.
- Drive revenue growth and cost optimisation through effective financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement in decision-making processes.
- Oversee all financial management functions, including bank reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow management, cost of sales, creditors, debtors, financial reporting, gross profit analysis, and income statement preparation.
- Liaise with external accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions.
- Oversee capital management and investor interest payments, maintaining transparency and financial accountability.
- Improved historical bookkeeping accuracy through detailed investigation and reconciliation, ensuring error-free trial balance submissions prior to 2020.
- Ensure adherence to FIC cash reporting regulations.
