About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in East London on a fixed-term contract basis. As an administrator, you will provide administrative support to the office team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Manage general admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with collections or medical practice environment tasks (if applicable)
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- 3 years experience working in a general admin role
- Experience in collections or medical practice environment would be beneficial
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work regular office hours and occasional Saturdays
