About the Role
Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our client’s team in East London. The ideal candidate will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking ownership of the store’s success as if it were their own business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily opening/closing, cash-ups, and bank deposits.
- Handling store budgets, maximizing profitability, and meeting sales targets.
- Overseeing pricing and stock control.
- Maintaining a high-standard customer-focused environment by resolving queries and complaints efficiently.
- Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Previous experience within similar role essential.
- Previous experience within retail / clothing environment (advantageous)
- Valid Drivers License
- Own vehicle advantageous
