About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Fusion Personnel. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations, payroll, and benefits management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and employee benefits, including medical aid and pension funds
- Oversee employee records, leave administration, and statutory compliance
- Handle labour relations matters, including disciplinary processes and CCMA representation
- Liaise with the Department of Labour and manage Injury on Duty (IOD) claims
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and induction processes
- Compile and submit Skills Development, Employment Equity, and BBBEE reports
- Maintain organisational structures and updated organograms
- Oversee health and safety compliance and POPIA requirements
- Manage fleet-related HR administration (Stanfleet, AA, fuel audits)
- Lead and manage a team of HR staff and ensure performance targets are met
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- BCom Degree in Human Resource Management or similar qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar HR management role
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Experience handling CCMA matters and disciplinary hearings
- SABPP membership will be advantageous
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

- Grade 12 (Matric)
- BCom Degree in Human Resource Management or similar qualification
