About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the parts sales team, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations
• Drive sales performance, including improving fill rates and quotation conversion rates
• Manage and monitor Work in Progress and ensure compliance with KPI targets
• Oversee customer queries and relationships, ensuring a high level of service excellence
• Control and follow up on parts quotations, analysing lost sales and identifying improvement opportunities
• Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and ensure compliance
• Train, coach and guide team members to improve performance and productivity
• Assist in identifying market opportunities to grow market share and strengthen customer loyalty

Requirements

• Matric (Required)
• Minimum of 7–9 years’ relevant experience in parts sales, preferably within manufacturing, mining, or related industries
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of parts sales processes, quotations, and customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience working on ERP systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Higher Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management (Advantageous)
