About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced couple to join our team as F&B Manager and Guide, based within a private reserve in the Greater Kruger region. We are looking for individuals who share our love for the bush, exceptional guest experience, and working within a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations
- Supervise kitchen and service staff, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Maintain strong guest interaction and ensure excellent guest relations
- Manage food, beverage, spa, and curio shop orders and stock control
- Oversee the Bush Spa and retail/shop operations
- Ensure attention to detail across all service areas
- Assist with general lodge operations where required
- Maintain accurate administration and stock management systems
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar F&B or lodge management role
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Good computer literacy
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a small team environment
