About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in the Eastern Cape region. As a live-in position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lodge and providing exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Host guests comfortably and provide excellent customer service
• Oversee a small team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
• Manage property booking systems and respond to guest inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve lodge goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail
• Computer literacy: MS Office, email, and property booking systems
• Professional appearance and self-motivated
• Warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality
