About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in the Eastern Cape region. As a live-in position, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our lodge and providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Host guests comfortably and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee a small team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security
- Manage property booking systems and respond to guest inquiries
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve lodge goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and high attention to detail
- Computer literacy: MS Office, email, and property booking systems
- Professional appearance and self-motivated
- Warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality
