Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute organisational development strategies and initiatives Support talent management, leadership development, and succession planning processes Drive employee engagement and promote a positive, thriving company culture Facilitate change management initiatives and organisational risk interventions Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise human capital and performance Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development interventions Manage complex organisational matters with professionalism and discretion Skills and Requirements: Strong organisational, analytical, and facilitation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal capability Ability to manage sensitive and complex organisational issues High emotional intelligence with proven trust-building ability Knowledge of change management, talent development, and organisational risk management Cross-cultural awareness and strong relationship-building skills Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in organisational development or HR leadership roles within medium to large organisation Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership and skills development programs Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or related field Computer literacy and strong report-writing ability Valid drivers license Experience in talent, culture, or change management advantageous Support people development.
