We are seeking a strategic Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at Wheco Group. As an integral part of our Organisational Development function, you will play a critical role in strengthening our people capabilities and supporting a high-performance environment across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organisational development strategies and initiatives
- Support talent management, leadership development, and succession planning processes
- Drive employee engagement and promote a positive, thriving company culture
- Facilitate change management initiatives and organisational risk interventions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimise human capital and performance
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development interventions
- Manage complex organisational matters with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Strong organisational, analytical, and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capability
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex organisational issues
- High emotional intelligence with proven trust-building ability
- Knowledge of change management, talent development, and organisational risk management
- Cross-cultural awareness and strong relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience in organisational development or HR leadership roles within medium to large organisation
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership and skills development programs
- Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant qualification in HR, Organisational Development, or related field
- Computer literacy and strong report-writing ability
- Valid drivers license
