Purpose of the Role Provide holistic mental health and wellness services to UFH students, contributing to their academic success, retention, and overall wellbeing. Supervise intern psychologists and support graduate development through training and mentorship. Minimum Requirements Masters degree in counselling or clinical psychology 45 years experience as a registered Counselling or Clinical Psychologist 2 years experience in higher education (Student Affairs experience is an advantage) Knowledge of HPCSA regulations and ethical guidelines Strong communication, psychotherapeutic, and crisis management skills Valid drivers license Key Responsibilities Offer individual and group counselling and psychotherapy Conduct trauma debriefing and crisis interventions Supervise intern psychologists and their community interventions Deliver training for student cohorts (e.g., Wellness Leaders, Mentors) Monitor and evaluate programmes; submit monthly reports Implement mental health initiatives across multiple campuses Competencies Training, facilitation, and project management Supervision and mentoring skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Planning, organization, and time management ENQUIRIES:
