About the Role
Our client, Basadi Ke Bokamoso (Pty) Ltd, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team in the Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional sales teams to achieve target revenue and market share goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, partners, and customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
Requirements
- Sales & Marketing Qualification
- Liquor Legislation experience
- Labour Legislation experience
- 4-6 years Sales & Merchandising experience within the Liquor Industry
- 4 years Team Management experience
Qualifications
- Completed Sales & Marketing qualification or equivalent
- Relevant liquor legislation certification (if applicable)
