Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs and policies
• Conduct thorough safety audits and risk assessments
• Offer training and guidance to employees regarding health and safety practices
• Investigate safety incidents to identify root causes and propose preventative measures
• Maintain and update safety documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national safety regulations
• Report on safety performance metrics and recommend improvements to management

Requirements

• Registered Safety Manager with applicable certifications
• At least 5 years of experience in safety management
• Extensive knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and best practices
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and safety software tools
• A commitment to fostering a safe and compliant workplace environment
