Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate stock records by reconciling theoretical and actual stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining accurate bills of materials for maintenance spares and production support services.
- Receive, verify, and record all incoming goods.
- Monitor production stock levels to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Manage effective stock control, including timely ordering and maintaining essential spares.
- Ensure all critical raw materials are accompanied by relevant conformance certificates for each batch.
- Maintain and organize technical data sheets and delivery notes.
- Oversee proper storage of raw materials within the store and yard areas.
- Issue goods to the production floor as needed.
- Update stock control systems on a daily basis.
- Supervise store personnel in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in all storage areas.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Energetic, hardworking, and proactive.
- Responsible, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
Additional Duties:
- Ensure optimal stock levels and accurate records.
- Regularly update systems with records of received, issued, and pending stock items.
- Facilitate and oversee monthly stock takes.
