Requirements Housekeeping Supervisor | To oversee all aspects of lodge housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and guest areas meet 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar position within a 5-star lodge, hotel, or luxury property Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to train and motivate a team Sound understanding of eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainable operations an advantage Room Attendants | To deliver impeccable daily room service and maintain the highest levels of hygiene, attention to detail, and guest comfort.
