About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealer Principal to lead our automotive dealership in Edenvale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive retail management and a proven track record of success in driving sales, increasing profitability, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve dealership goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales, service, and administrative staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze dealership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive profitability
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulations
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the Audi dealership, ensuring that all departments are working cohesively towards achieving business goals and objectives
- Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to generate leads and drive foot traffic to the dealership
- Ensure that all operational and compliance standards are met and maintained
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the automotive industry, with a focus on luxury brands such as Audi
- Proven track record of successfully leading a dealership or automotive retail operation, driving sales growth and profitability
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
