About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ekurhuleni, South Africa. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, Divisional Heads and Branches
Create and manage content for marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and website updates
Coordinate and execute marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and advertising
Monitor and track marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to measure ROI and inform future strategies
Support the planning and execution of events and trade shows including logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communication
Work closely with the sales team to support various initiatives and projects
Develop proactive initiative in identifying opportunities for marketing activities and taking action to capitalize on them

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum years of verifiable experience in marketing or related role in the Manufacturing Industry

Qualifications

Graphic Design Skills – Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop are a must
