About the Role
The Retail Representative role at Stiles Recruit is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and represent our brand and product line to customers in a retail setting. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and building brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and product line to customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, uses, and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product-related inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays, shelves, and signage.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor stock levels and restock merchandise as needed, ensuring optimal product availability and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the store management team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities.
- Attend ongoing product and sales training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a sales-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
