About the Role

The Retail Representative role at Stiles Recruit is an exciting opportunity to represent our brand and product line in a retail setting, driving sales targets, customer satisfaction, and building brand loyalty. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand and product line to customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, uses, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product-related inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and upsell where appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays, shelves, and signage.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Monitor stock levels and restock merchandise as needed, ensuring optimal product availability and visual merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities.
  • Attend ongoing product and sales training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present and promote products to customers.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
