Job Description

Job Specification: Retail Representative Position: Retail Representative Department: Sales Summary: The Retail Representative is responsible for representing our brand and product line to customers in a retail setting. They will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and building brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, a strong knowledge of our product line, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities: 1. Represent the brand and product line to customers in a professional and engaging manner. 2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, uses, and pricing. 3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product-related inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints. 4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and upsell where appropriate. 5. Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, including product displays, shelves, and signage. 6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. 7. Monitor stock levels and restock merchandise as needed, ensuring optimal product availability and visual merchandising standards. 8. Collaborate with the store management team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. 9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities. 10. Attend ongoing product and sales training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a sales-driven environment. 3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to effectively present and promote products to customers. 6. Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. 7. Proficient computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems. 8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. 9. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy merchandise for extended periods. 10. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
